Shoppe Flora is an online women's clothing retail boutique established in 2018. Where you’ll find a thoughtfully curated vintage inspired feminine collection of romantic styles and accessories designed with cottage core looks.
Our timeless styles are beautiful, comfortable, and feminine. They’re designed to fit your romantic lifestyle, with an eye toward supporting local artisans.
At Shoppe Flora, we focus on handpicking pieces that add feminine flair using simple silhouettes and delicate details. Many of our pieces are designed around timeless patterns, color palettes, and concepts which reflect the beauty of cottage core styles.
Wash/Handle Care
- Most of the garments we sell recommend hand wash and hang dry. Pay close attention to the care labels! If you want to extend the life of your garments, follow the care instructions on the the labels.
- Use cold water to wash your garments, hot water can deconstruct the fibers of your garments more and also can cause shrinkage. If using a washing machine, wash on gentle cycle.
- Hand wash your clothing as often as possible using gentle detergent.
- Hang your garments to dry (Build a clothes line in your yard!) Dryers can be rough on your garments.

Need some help with sizing? Check out our size charts to determine the size and fit of any item. Because sizing and cut varies between brands, we recommend you use our chart as a general guide. If you have a specific question on sizing, please contact us and I'm happy to help!

Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT
We offer easy returns for items in new, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition within 5 days of delivery date of your order. If you are attempting to return an item(s) that was delivered past the 5 days window, the option for a return will not be available to you. In order to request for an exchange credit or credit please email us. A prepaid shipping label will be issued with your return for domestic returns. Please note the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
STORE CREDIT
Once we receive and process your return (please allow 2-3 business days for us to process), we will issue you your store credit. Your store credit expires in 1yr and is connected to your Shoppe Flora customer account. If you make multiple returns, your store credit will always be applied to your account. If you have available store credit in your account, it will automatically apply in your shopping cart but you can choose to not use it at checkout if you want to "save up" your store credit.
Unfortunately, you cannot use your store credit code and a promotional discount code at the same time. This is a Shopify website policy.
FINAL SALE
Products purchased during a storewide sale, noted as final sale in the product description, are not eligible for a return.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
All accessories (bags, belts, jewelry, socks, intimates (bralettes), bodysuits, and apothecary.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We carefully inspect each product before we sell it in our shop and before a garment ships out that garment to ensure quality. On the off chance you receive a damaged/defective item, we ask you to provide photos in an email.
CANCELED ORDERS
We do not accept order cancellations so please shop responsibly. In certain special cases (if you accidentally purchased the wrong size) we can swap out a size for you or color if you notify us before your order is fulfilled and if we have stock on hand.
RESTOCK FEES & CANCELED RETURNS
An approved return that has not been shipped back to us after 14 calendar days of issue of return label will be canceled and sale is considered final as you will be unable to request the return again through email.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are an international customer, please contact us to request a return. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded for cash.
