Do you offer refunds?

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card.

What is your return policy?

Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation of your order. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Note: items altered by stains, perfume, cigarette smoke, body odor, animal scent/hair will not be accepted as they cannot be resold. Items were not purchased using a promotional code (New customer codes ok!) Items must be modern (all vintage items are considered final sale)Your return must be postmarked within 5 Business Days of receiving your "Email Approval" to avoid a 15% restock fee. Returns are for store credit only. We do not issue refunds. All VINTAGE items are considered Final Sale. Due to high risk of sellout and popularity of our modern clothing. If you need another size/color, we suggest placing a new order for the size/color you want and send back the undesired size/color which will be treated as a return (store credit).

How to request a return of an item?

Within 48 Hours of receiving your order, e-mail using the contact form to request a return of an item with SUBJECT line "Attn: Return Request". Your request email should include:1. Your Name (that you placed the order with) 2. Your Order Number3. What you are returning and reason for return, detailed reasons are really helpful for us! With your feedback, we can better assist our customers by writing better notes in our product descriptions. We will not accept returned packages without the advanced approval. Please email us first.

How do I receive credit?

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our shop.

Store Credit

Once your return is processed, we will send you instructions on how to use your Store Credit! Store Credit can be used on any item(s) in the shop. Note that only one code at a time can be used at checkout. Unfortunately Shopify does not allow stacking codes.Store Credit can not be applied retroactively / after you've placed your order.Unused store credit codes will be deactivated 1 Year from Date of Issue. A 10% reactivation fee will be applied past the 365 days.  Store credit codes do not apply to shipping fees.If you do not use all your store credit all in one go, don't worry, we will create a new code with your balance! We are also happy to combine store credits for you, just let us know!*NOTE* - When using your store credit, if your cart total after your code is applied falls below $100, your order will not qualify for Free Shipping as it is based on the total in your cart when/if any codes are applied (this also applies to promotional codes). 

Do we offer return labels?

Yes, total will be deducted from total of return-credit on the e-gift card that will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered parcels.

Can I make a return past the 48h period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 48h return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee.

Is there anything I can't return?

The following cannot be returned and are considered Final Sale: All jewelry, hair accessories, handbags, scarves, hats, lingerie. SALE items, and items marked AS-IS Items purchased with a Promotional Code or purchased during a Sale/Promotional period. First-purchase discount codes are ok!

Refunds

On the odd chance that a refund is required action for a situation, note that refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment(s). For example, for orders that were purchased partially with store credit, customer would be refunded in partial monetary and store credit values. 

ShopPay Installment Orders

Returned orders using ShopPay Installment will be issued a store credit for the total cost of the returned item(s). We do not issue store credits for partial payments and you will still be responsible for the remaining payments to ShopPay Installment for the balance of your purchase.

We ship to all 50 states in the US and US territories, we also ship Internationally to most countries around the world!

International Shipping

$25 USPS Priority Express or Free International Shipping on all orders $200+ Shoppe flora is not responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas and international deliveries that are imposed by recipients' country and border patrol. Our company, Shoppe Flora does not charge for VAT or Import Taxes and we have no control over this. If VAT or Import taxes go unpaid and your order is returned to us, we can either ship the parcel back to you (additional shipping fees will apply) or treat the situation as a return. Returns are for store credit minus the shipping fees. Returns due to unpaid VAT and Import Taxes that have a postmark date of 2+ months are subject to a 50% restock fee and will be issued as store credit. No exceptions. It is buyer's responsibility to pay for any VAT or Import Taxes imposed by buyer's country and border patrol.

We offer FREE Shipping on Orders over $100+

We offer Free Priority Shipping for US Domestic Orders totaling $100+Sorry, we can not offer free shipping on international orders due to the high cost of shipping out of the continental US. All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders take 2-4 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Shoppe Flora offers USPS Priority flat rate of $12 Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Packages/Shipping Fee

If order is under $100, there is a $12 shipping fee for USPS Priority Mail which is normally 2-3 days depending on USPS, tracking number will be provided.
